Personal requirements:
- Vocational training as a plastics fitter (process mechanic for plastics and rubber) or other technical training
- Several years of professional experience would be an advantage
- Technical understanding
- Skilled craftsmanship
- Competence to solve problems
- Diligence and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, reliability
- Willingness to travel, willingness to assemble
- Languages – German and/or Polish and/or English or another language

Tasks, Competencies and responsibilities
Pipeline construction | plant construction
- You will be responsible for the precise measurement of pipelines according to the given specifications in order to ensure exact implementation.
- Reading technical drawings and/or isometric drawings is part of your tasks.
- You will independently prepare materials and work equipment and make the selection according to the requirements of the project.
- You are proficient in various welding processes and have knowledge of bonding and/or laminating.
- Independently assemble pipelines according to technical drawings/isometric drawings.
- You will carry out the assembly and disassembly of pipelines, fittings and equipment.
- A valid welding and bonding test in accordance with DVS 2212 / 2221 guidelines would be an advantage.
- You have experience in processing various thermoplastics and thermosets such as PP, PE, PVC, PVDF and GRP.
- Professional processing and handling of the materials with the necessary tools and machines.
- Testing the finished pipelines for functionality
- Compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

Tank and apparatus construction
- Production and processing of plastic components

- Good laminating skills (PE, PP, PVC and others)

- Manual lamination process
- Laminating rotor blades (for industry), laminating yachts and boats
- Vacuum process
- Knowledge of processing and mixing synthetic resins
- Mixing polyester resins
- Manual and machine cutting of fabrics
- Grinding, sawing, milling
- PVC bonding
- Production of fiber composite components
- GRP processing
- Working according to drawings
- Knowledge of isometrics
- High degree of responsibility, initiative and resilience
- Work experience
